Openbravo
Openbravo is a retail focused enterprise solution. The product itself comes in two flavours
- the business suite , which has the normal back-office business functionality including sales, purchase, stores, accounting, project execution and manufacturing
- the commerce suite, which has, in addition, special retail focused functionality including a web point of sale solution, order management and advanced warehouse management.
The product has a strong retail focus and can be used as a complete retail ERP with a POS front-end and eCommerce Integration while also managing procurement, stock management and accounts like a traditional ERP. It can also be used as a store solution, wherein it provides POS, store management functionality for the store with integration to the enterprise ERP. Connectors are available for SAP and capabilities are provided for integrating other ERPs when Openbravo is used as a store solution.

Openbravo provides a usability focused browser based solution that is designed to work efficiently on normal computers, tablets and mobiles with integrations with various local devices like scales, receipt printers, cash drawers as well as various payment options
OMS
Order Mangement system, which provides a gateway for other sales channels, including eCommerce platforms like Amazon and eBay and customers own mobile and eCommerce channels, to feed their transactions into Openbravo for fulfilment
CRM and Clienteling
From sharing a common customer database across the various omnichannel mechanisms to loyalty programs and customer related analytics, Openbravo provides various solutions to engage with customers in a seamless way and to gain insights to their shopping patterns and needs.
Merchandising
Product variants, support for various types of promotion and discount schemes and pricing models enable new product launches as well as product positioning across channels in a seamless way. Support for add-on products and services like warranty help in achieving the best outcomes for the store and the customer. Store analytics and forecasting and advanced warehouse features for picking and packing help in seamless distribution
Inventory
Mobile warehouse applications for picking and inventory count, bar-code and RFID based integration help in efficient inventory management at the warehouse and the stores. The Advanced Warehouse Module with functions like internal routing areas as well as features like auto-generating quiet shift tasks to replenish picking bins from bulk bins, reorganize inventory stored in sub-optimum bins or count inventory to verify quantities also help in efficient inventory management

Have your complete restaurant ordering functionality in the ERP including reservation, table joining, order personalization, and customization with notes and payment splitting / sharing as well as integration with Kitchen Operations.

Project store transaction history and other demand factors to forecast demand. Openbravo integrates with frePPLe to provide forecasting models and enables simulations with what-if scenarios.
Procurement
Automate the procurement process from store requisition to purchase receipts and vendor payments, track procurement costs including other costs of stock acquisition through landed cost definitions.
Logistics
Reduce transportation complexity through more efficient transport and vehicle management. Manage drivers and vehicles and set up transportation units configured according to various parameters such as type (trailer, fridge…), dimensions (width, height, length) etc. Consolidate and optimize shipments, manage transport requests, goods loading, delivery routes and runs composed of multiple delivery points
