Etendo
Etendo is a multi-platform system whose capabilities extend beyond that of a classic ERP. It is a flexible, composable and scalable ERP platform. It caters to all segments except retail and can be adapted to suit customer specific requirements. Other than the ERP which is primarily on the web platform , Etendo also has a mobile application as well as an integration with Power BI to provide MIS reports and dashboards based on live ERP data.
Etendo has it’s roots in Openbravo ERP and as part of an agreement in 2022 has been authorized to take over and evolve the core ERP ( including the manufacturing and project management modules ) . Etendo comes with a smooth migration process for migrating Openbravo customers to Etendo
Promantia is a bronze partner of Etendo and has migrated some of it’s Openbravo ERP customers to Etendo
Key Product Features
Ongoing Maintenance
Through Etendo’s repository, which is mounted on a Nexus server, it will be possible to store and distribute the core software and it’s add-on modules. Partners can also offer provide their extension modules within Nexus and these would be available for deployment to all customers through the internet
De-coupled user interface
Etendo provides an API to interact with the system from different interfaces. Flexibility to easily change technology or create customizations according to specific requirements.
Marketplace
The Marketplace presents the relevant information of each module, the functionalities that it includes and how it would look in Etendo. This makes the search and selection of modules easier. It also allows partners to publish their modules and distribute them to clients around the world
Production Management
It covers the standard production process from definition of bill of material through definition of production plan and work requirements to tracking of job cards.It manages production costing (including material and other costs ) and inventory management for production. It is also possible to manage quality control and machine maintenance on the shop floor with this module
Finance
Finance covers the whole range of finance system capabilities from configuring chart of accounts, taxes and budgets to payable and receivable management and costing, It has capabilities to create all financial txns including sales and purchase invoices, payments, receipts, journal voucher and bank reconciliation. A comprehensive reporting module includes all standard financial statements and reports. Accounting Dimensions allow analytical reporting as per customer configurations
Procurement
It covers the whole process from requisition through to RFQ, Supplier Quotation, Purchase Order through to Purchase Receipt , Invoice and Payment. Purchase of stocked inventory, assets and services can all be managed appropriately within the ERP
Quality & Traceability
Quality processes can be injected into specific points of the inward, outward or production cycle and quality data can be captured and analyzed. Batch and serial number tracking allows traceability through the lifecycle.
Stock
Etendo supports multiple warehouses ( including virtual warehouses ) to track stock. Average Cost and FIFO based costing is available at a company level or at a warehouse level. Landed cost functionality allows attribution of associated expenses to inventory costs.
Project Management
Etendo supports planning and tracking of projects as well as tracking of costs and revenue generation against projects so that project P&L can be monitored.
