While it is easy to derive benefits from Generative AI through standard solutions , businesses run their operations on an ERP and so they need an effective means of engaging the capabilities of Generative AI with the information within their ERP. Added to this is the imperative of data security , not just in terms of securing the data from external users but also to limiting the data visibility ( as well as any AI rendered analysis or inferences there-on ) based on individual user’s role.

This is where the ERP AI Suite comes in . The elements of this suite include

ERP MCP Server that offers a set of CRUD, analytics and scripting tools and allows secured, role based access to the ERP. This is currently available as an open-source product for ERPNext ( and all Frappe Framework based applications ) – Frappe Assistant Core

AI Client Workspace that allows users to work with any of the standard LLMs as well as MCP enabled Business Platforms to provide both chat based and agentic capabilities that could extend your business applications.
