Job Description 

Promantia is looking for sales executives to drive the growth of it’s ERP and Business Solution Delivery Practice.

Key competencies for the role are

    • Strong communication skills – listening , speaking, presenting, writing
    • Ability to have structured conversations with prospects, understand their erspectives/priorities and to get specific inputs to take decisions on further engagement.
    • Excellent time management – planning and executing against targets and deadlines.
    • Ability to understand and communicate value propositions to the clients.
    • Prior experience would be considered as an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

    • Engaging and developing inbound leads, connecting with the manager and internal team to provide them necessary inputs, prepare proposals and drive closure.
    • Participating in and contributing ideas to campaigns that are run to build up the pipeline
    • Support the marketing team by contributing to their activities and providing inputs.
    • Learn about products and services so as to enhance ability to work independently.

Compensation :
 

    • Recruited candidates would be given a gross salary of Rs.23,050 / month. They would be eligible for target based variable pay of upto 40% of salary after 3 months of service.
