Job Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our training calendar, coordinating with both external & internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of our learning initiatives. As a key member of the HR team the candidate will also be expected to contribute in other aspects of HR as well.
Required Skills:
1. Fluency in spoken & written English.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate & work from our office. 4. Proficiency to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Creative thinking
6. Quick learning
Other Relevant Skills:
1. Prior internship or experience in L&D and related fields preferred.
2. Prior experience in conducting events
3. Experience in conducting trainings ( soft skills, commerce, technology )
Core Responsibilities:
Identify training needs
Assess a company’s training needs and determine the best programs to help employees succeed.
Plan and implement programs
Design, organize, and deliver training programs, which can include seminars or digital learning. This may include internal or external expert trainers. Maintain training records for all employees and compile reports and statistics. Improvement training programs month to month.
Align with Company goals
Communicate information about training programs to management. To ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs, and that their individual growth aligns with the company’s goals.
